Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are actively working to expand our delivery reach.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to logistics partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • ₹50 flat shipping charge on orders below ₹999

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order at any time using our Order Tracking page.

6. Packaging

All orders are packed with care to ensure your items arrive safely. Sarees are folded and wrapped in tissue paper before being placed in secure packaging. Planters and fragile items are given extra padding to prevent damage during transit.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after 3 attempts (due to wrong address, unavailability, or refusal), the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photographs of the damaged packaging and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@singlequotes.in
  • Include your order number, photos, and a brief description

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. For lost packages (no delivery scan for over 10 days), please contact us and we will liaise with the logistics partner on your behalf.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for eligible pin codes and orders up to a certain value. The COD option will be displayed at checkout if available for your location. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
